Refund and Returns Policy

- Be unused, in the same condition as received, and free from any damage caused by the customer.
- Be in its original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories included.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation).
3. Items Excluded from Returns
The following items are non-returnable:

- Downloadable/digital products
- Clearance or “final sale” items marked as non-returnable
- Items that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (e.g., opened fitness accessories that make direct skin contact)
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days and credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
